The (Un)known
In this website you'll find relevant information regarding the Galaxies from our Local Group and the Constellations. We hope that you enjoy it and take some interest in Astronomy. Utilize the navigation bar or the image cards down below to proceed with exploring our work.

Galaxies
Galaxies are sprawling systems of dust, gas, dark matter, and anywhere from a million to a trillion stars that are held together by gravity. Nearly all large galaxies are thought to also contain supermassive black holes at their centers. The deeper we look into the cosmos, the more galaxies we see. Studies estimate that the observable universe contains a whopping number of two trillion galaxies.
Constellations
Constellations are areas on the celestial sphere in which a group of visible stars form a perceived outline or pattern, typically representing an animal, mythological person or creature, or an inanimate object. The origins of the earliest constellations likely go back to prehistory. People used them to relate stories of their beliefs, experiences, creation, or mythology. Different cultures and countries adopted their own constellations.
Data Comparison
In this section of the website we'll provide several case studies in which we will analyze different sets of data extracted from each and every Celestial Body that we're currently documenting. Graphs, charts and other tools that represent tabular and/or numeric data are to be expected, in order to make it easier to understand large quantities of data and the relationships between different parts of said data.
